Sports / Massage Therapist – Woodford Green
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Sports / Massage Therapist to join our established multidisciplinary clinic in Woodford Green on a self-employed, fee-split basis.
The successful applicant will provide a range of massage treatments, which may include:
- Sports and remedial massage
- Deep tissue massage
- Swedish massage
- Hot stone massage
- Other complementary massage techniques, depending on experience and qualifications
The initial commitment is likely to include at least a four-hour Saturday shift, together with a minimum of four hours during the week.
We are particularly interested in finding someone who would like to develop and build a busy caseload with us, rather than simply rent a room. For the right person, there is considerable scope for the role to grow, with the potential for additional hours and opportunities to work across our other clinic locations.
As the caseload develops, there may also be the possibility of progressing to a salaried position within the business, if this is something the successful applicant would be interested in.
Training & Development
Support and personal mentoring can be provided by our Clinical Director, making this an excellent opportunity for a therapist who wants to continue developing their clinical skills and career.
Although not a requirement for the role, there are also exciting opportunities to develop skills beyond traditional massage therapy and potentially integrate massage treatments with some of the advanced technologies used within our clinics, including:
- Shockwave therapy
- Class IV LASER therapy
- TECAR therapy
We are looking for someone who is reliable, personable, clinically minded and motivated to build a successful caseload, while becoming part of a supportive and growing multidisciplinary clinic.
Location: Woodford Green
Basis: Self-employed / fee split
Initial hours: Minimum 4 hours Saturday + 4 hours during the week
Future opportunities: Increased hours, additional clinic locations and potential salaried role
