Cleaners Required, Pencoed
We are looking for a number of Part time cleaner, (not that different shifts attract different rates of pay)
* Monday - Friday: 20 hours per week, 4 hour shifts - between the hours 10.00am - 14.00pm
* Saturday and Sunday: 8 hours per week, 4 hour shifts - between 14.00pm - 18.00pm
* Saturday and Sunday: 8 hours per week, 4 hour shifts - between 7.00am - 11.00am
* Saturday and Sunday: 12 hours per week, 6 hour shifts - between 8.00am - 14.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning a variety of areas including:
- Restaurant and dining areas
- Corridors
- Manufacturing areas
- Warehouse areas
- Toilets and welfare facilities
- Damp wiping of surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Emptying bins and removing waste
- Managing recycling and waste disposal
- Emptying and moving large waste totes and containers to the designated yard area
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety at all times
- Following company cleaning procedures and health and safety requirements
- Carrying out any other reasonable cleaning duties as required
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
- Be physically fit, as the role involves manual handling and moving large waste containers
- Be reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Have a good understanding of health and safety and hygiene standards
- Take pride in maintaining a clean and safe working environment
All applicants will need to provide documentation which demonstrates their ability to work in the GB.
Cleaning experience would be an advantages but not essential
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.23-£15.45 per hour
