We are seeking an experienced Electrical / Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team.
The role involves the inspection, maintenance, repair and fault-finding of overhead cranes, hoists, lifting equipment, and associated electrical and mechanical systems.
Job Requirements:
- Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Experience
- Experience working on cranes, hoists, lifting equipment, or similar industrial machinery
- Ability to fault-find and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work at height
- Assistance with quoting
- Generating work
- Technical Expertise
- Communication Skills
- Decision Making
Desirable Competencies:
- Experience with overhead travelling cranes
- LOLER and lifting equipment knowledge
- Inspection and testing experience
- Relevant engineering qualifications
- Inverter experience
