Client Experience Supervisor

About the Role
Wellbeing Medical Group is seeking an organised, proactive, and patient-focused Client Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a varied role that combines client care, operational oversight, stock management, and team support within a fast-paced healthcare environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic while supporting both patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone-based health assessments with clients in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Manage and coordinate client journeys from initial enquiry through to treatment and follow-up.
- Oversee stock management, inventory control, and procurement of clinical supplies.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure high service standards are maintained.
- Work closely with clinicians, management, and support staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Assist with team supervision, guidance, and workflow management.
- Monitor administrative processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, administration, or team supervision.
- Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Confident using computers, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, and digital systems.
- Experience with stock management, procurement, or inventory control is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer literacy with confidence using a range of digital systems and devices.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50–60 WPM preferred) with strong attention to detail.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems and platforms.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or healthcare is desirable.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
