The Role
As our Lettings Negotiator, you'll be the face of the company for landlords and tenants alike - generating viewings, matching the right tenants to the right homes, and turning enquiries into offers. You'll manage properties from marketing through to move-in, building the kind of trusted relationships that keep landlords coming back year after year.
Day to day, you'll be:
- Registering and qualifying enquiries quickly, and getting people booked in for viewings
- Running viewings that showcase our properties at their best, then following up for honest feedback
- Advising landlords on marketing, pricing and presentation to keep their properties competitive
- Progressing applications through referencing, documentation and compliance to a smooth move-in
- Spotting new business opportunities and booking valuation appointments for the team
- Building genuine, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants - not just closing a deal and moving on

- Willingness to work towards your ARLA qualification within your first 12 months - we'll support you all the way
- Happy to work every other Saturday as part of the rota, with a day off in lieu
- Clean UK driving licence and own car
