We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team, helping customers, representing leading brands and creating positive first impressions. What You'll Be Doing
Working as part of a supportive team, you'll engage with customers on behalf of our clients, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, informative and professional.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Providing information about products, services and current campaigns
- Listening to customer needs and answering questions
- Building positive relationships through excellent customer service
- Representing client brands to a high standard
- Supporting customer engagement and promotional activities
- Contributing to the success of customer-focused campaigns
