As our Learning & Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing the skills, confidence and capability of our people across the organisation. You’ll work with colleagues at all levels, from frontline teams to senior leaders, to create learning and development opportunities that support great care, strong leadership and continuous improvement.
You’ll lead our L&D strategy, develop our internal learning offer and support the growth of our external learning and development services.

What the role involves:
As Learning & Development Manager, you’ll lead the development and delivery of our L&D strategy, ensuring our people have the knowledge, skills and support they need to succeed.
This includes:

Leading the design, implementation and evaluation of the Dignus Group Learning & Development strategy

Identifying organisational capability gaps and creating targeted learning and development solutions

Designing and delivering learning programmes, including induction, mandatory training, leadership development and CPD

Developing blended learning approaches using classroom learning, e-learning, coaching, mentoring and digital learning
-
Developing leadership and management capability across all levels of the organisation

Supporting talent development, career pathways, succession planning and internal progression

Conducting training needs analysis and using data to measure the impact of learning

Supporting organisational development, culture improvement and change initiatives

Creating a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing

Developing capability frameworks that identify the knowledge, skills and behaviours required across the organisation

Linking learning and development initiatives to performance and organisational outcomes

Developing and growing Dignus Group's external learning and development offer

Creating commercial training products, programmes and resources for external partners and customers

Supporting the delivery of external training and consultancy services

Building strong relationships with training providers and awarding organisations
-
Managing L&D budgets and external funding streams

Leading, coaching and developing members of the L&D team

Producing reports and management information for senior leaders and the Executive Team

Ensuring learning provision remains high quality, compliant and aligned with organisational priorities
What we're looking for:

You may be a great fit if you have:

Significant experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development or a strategic HR role

Experience designing and delivering classroom, virtual and blended learning programmes

Experience developing leadership and management development programmes

Experience conducting training needs analysis and evaluating learning effectiveness

Experience using data and insight to measure impact and inform decision-making
-
Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills
-
Experience working with senior leaders and frontline teams
-
A values-driven approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
-
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
-
A resilient and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment
-
Experience leading, managing or developing an L&D team
-
A CIPD qualification or equivalent and/or a management qualification would be desirable.

Experience of apprenticeships, vocational qualifications, organisational transformation or developing external training services would also be advantageous.
