We are looking for a reliable and responsible FOH & Bar team member to join us at The Old Mill.
Hours include mostly Mondays 2pm-10pm as well as any additional days as needed. £13.00ph.
Responsibilities:
- Working independently behind a bar.
- FOH Where required, waiting on customers, dish washing, Clearing and relaying tables, etc.
- Serving customers and providing friendly, professional service.
- Cash handling.
- Keeping the bar well stocked and clean.
- Completing all opening and closing procedures.
- Ensuring everything is ready for the following day.
- Working additional shifts when required, including covering holidays, sickness and busy periods.
- Maintaining a high standard with customers.
What we are looking for:
- Someone reliable, trustworthy and confident working on their own.
- Good customer service skills
- Previous bar/hospitality experience
- Full uk driving licence and own transport is essential due to our location
- Must be over 18
- Flexibility to come in for additional shifts when needed
