- Passion for making and serving our house cocktails as well as being ready and able to jump on and manage a busy function bar service
- Confident with till systems and money handling
- Great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to hospitality

- You have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and willingness to exceed guest expectations
- Full training will be provided by our experienced bar manager
18 YEARS + in order to serve alcohol
