Regen Renewables Ltd is a rapidly growing company specialising in the design, installation, and servicing of Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar PV Systems. Our mission is to make the world a greener place through the utilisation and installation of innovative renewable technologies.
We are looking for a Solar PV Installer to join our growing installation team, working on a range of domestic properties.
We're looking for experienced roofers and solar panel installers who have high-quality workmanship and who want to build a career with one of the most exciting companies in the renewables sector.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Installing roof mounting systems and solar PV panels on domestic properties.
- Carrying out roof preparation work, including tile removal, flashing installation, and weatherproofing.
- Ensuring all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
- Working alongside our electricians and surveyors to deliver complete renewable energy solutions.
- Following manufacturer installation guidance and Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) standards.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Identifying and reporting any roof defects or site issues that may affect installation.
- Delivering excellent customer service while representing Regen Renewables professionally on site.

What You'll Need:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience in roofing and Solar PV installations.
- Confident working at height and on pitched roofs.
- Good understanding of roof construction, tiling, and weatherproofing techniques.
- CSCS Card.
- Working at Height certification.
- Manual Handling training.
- Experience using power tools and roofing equipment safely.
- A strong awareness of health and safety on construction sites.
- A reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
