Fire Service and Small Works Install Technician
Minerva Fire & Security Ltd are seeking a fully experienced Installation, Maintenance and Service Fire Technician to join our friendly team for installation, testing, servicing and maintenance of Fire Alarms. A minimum of 3 years experience is required. Additional training will naturally be provided. Salary (negotiable subject to experience) plus pension, overtime and call out. This is a full-time permanent position. Minerva Fire & Security Ltd provides our Engineers and Customers with remote technical support via our helpdesk. The successful candidates will be expected to carry out installations, call outs and routine maintenance visits to domestic and commercial clients in the London and surrounding Home County areas. After the initial training period the candidate will be working with their time split between the service and installation departments accordingly. Training and career progression is offered.
Preferred experience in the following aspects:
- Fire Install
- Fire Maintenance
- Security is preffered but not essential
Preferred experience in the following manufacturers:
- Apollo
- Honeywell Fire
- Advanced – MX Range
- TYCO
Minerva Fire & Security Ltd are NSI Gold accredited in all aspects.
The Call Out Rota is currently 1 in 6 weeks.
Private Use of the company vehicle is permitted, but must be logged according to the company policy of private mileage being charged back.
Enhanced DBS will need to be obtained due to the nature of our customers.
