Night Care Assistant – Join Our Friendly Care Home Team
We’re a small, welcoming care home where every resident is treated individually – and we’re looking for a kind, reliable Night Care Assistant to join our team.
About the Role:
As a Night Care Assistant, you’ll provide compassionate, person-centred care to our residents, supporting them with nightly activities such as:
- Personal care and hygiene
- Providing refreshments
- Helping with mobility
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining accurate documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- A caring, patient, and respectful nature
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and a team spirit
- Experience in care is welcome but not essential – full training provided

Hours of Work:
- 8pm - 8am shifts available on a two week rota basis, to include alternate weekends.
