Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bespoke Home Help Assistants and house keepers to provide personalised support to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting clients with daily tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring a comfortable and safe environment. Duties
- Provide personalised support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
- Manage and organise schedules using Microsoft Outlook and other IT tools to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Offer friendly and professional customer service, addressing any client concerns or requests promptly.
- Assist with organisational tasks, including filing, data entry, and updating client information using Microsoft Word and other computer literacy tools.
- Support management in coordinating home help services, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for clients’ privacy at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in management, hospitality, or customer service roles is desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and general IT/computer literacy.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities when required to coordinate tasks or guide others.
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to assist others in their daily routines.
- Good interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients.

Pay: £18.00-£22.00 per hour
