Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair a wide range of air conditioning units and systems in accordance with industry standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Diagnose faults using schematics and technical manuals, then implement effective repair strategies.
- Lead small teams during installation projects, providing guidance and ensuring safety compliance.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans related to HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot complex equipment issues, performing repairs or replacements as necessary.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans related to air conditioning systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills capable of supervising teams during installation or repair projects.
- Experience with HVAC system installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance in both commercial and residential settings.
- Knowledge of current industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices within the construction sector.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently. Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
