We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Multi-Drop Cylinder Delivery Driver to join our team in Essex And Suffolk Areas. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely loading and unloading gas cylinders to and from the delivery vehicle.
- Transporting cylinders and ensuring timely deliveries to our valued customers.
- Lifting and handling cylinders regularly
- Providing excellent customer service, including assisting customers with their delivery needs and answering any questions they may have.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations related to the handling and transport of gas cylinders.
- Performing routine checks and maintenance on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition whilst maintaining high safety standards and reporting any hazards, defects, or incidents.
- Completing all necessary paperwork, including vehicle defect forms and incident reports.
- Maintaining accurate delivery records and obtaining customer signatures upon delivery.
- Participating in training sessions to keep up with industry standards and legal requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A positive, can-do attitude to be able to work as part of a team
- Physical fitness to be able to handle and lift gas cylinders regularly
- A valid driving licence and a readiness to drive commercial vehicles.
- ADR Certification is preferred but not essential as training may be provided for suitable candidate
Pay: Up to £34,000.00 per year
