Duties
- Engage with prospective buyers and tenants to understand their property needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings, showcasing features and benefits to potential clients
- Negotiate offers between buyers, tenants, and landlords to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, updating records, and processing applications
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth property transactions from start to finish
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist diverse clients and expand the reach of our services
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, real estate, or administrative roles is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and property listings efficiently
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with a diverse client base
- Proven ability to handle negotiations confidently and professionally
