Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales / Surveyor to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for conducting on-site surveys primarily within central London, understanding clients’ relocation needs, preparing accurate quotations, and driving sales to meet company targets.
Key Responsibilities
. Conduct comprehensive site surveys at clients’ premises to assess the scope and requirements of office and commercial relocations.
. Engage with clients to understand their specific needs, timelines, and budget to provide tailored moving solutions.
. Prepare and present detailed, accurate quotations and proposals to clients based on survey findings.
. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to generate and convert sales leads.
. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of relocation projects.
. Maintain up-to-date records of surveys, quotes, sales activities, and client communications.
. Follow up with client’s post-survey and quotation to close sales and address any questions or concerns.
. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
. Always represent the company professionally, promoting our values of integrity, reliability, and customer service excellence.
Requirements
. Proven experience in sales and surveying, ideally within office or commercial relocation or a related industry.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
. Confident in negotiating and closing sales.
. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
. Comfortable conducting on-site assessments and navigating client premises.
