The Role
As a Business Development Trainee, you'll gain experience across a range of commercial activities, including:
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
- Supporting customer acquisition and business growth initiatives
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and services
- Learning how to identify new business opportunities and develop client accounts
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver successful sales and marketing campaigns
- Monitoring performance and contributing ideas to improve results
- Maintaining accurate customer records and supporting account management
- Taking on increasing responsibility as your knowledge and confidence grow
