Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment for both customers and staff. Your dedication will ensure that our apartments and rooms remain a hygienic and pleasant space, supporting our mission to provide excellent service in a spotless setting. Our apartments are busy, so hours for cleaning will depend on bookings, which will be delivered to you as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all areas within the apartments, including dining spaces, kitchen, bathrooms, and entryways
- Use eco-friendly cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures throughout the day
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly
- Follow health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling processes to promote sustainability efforts
- Monitor bookings and work with other staff members to ensure that all apartments are cleaned and ready for visitors.
- Ironing and laundry
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts - all apartments and rooms are up stairs.
