Wise Owls Childcare is looking for a qualified, caring and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team at Farm View Day Nursery in Spencers Wood. About the Role
As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing through high-quality care and education.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Acting as a Key Person for a group of children, ensuring their individual needs are understood and supported.
- Planning and delivering engaging learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Observing, assessing and monitoring children's development and progress.
- Maintaining accurate learning journeys and developmental records.
- Identifying next steps in learning and supporting children to achieve their full potential.
- Sharing children's achievements, progress and development with parents and carers.
- Supporting children's personal, social, emotional and educational development.
- Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
- Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated and supportive team.
- Taking an active role in maintaining high standards of care, education and safeguarding.

Essential Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent).
- Good understanding of the EYFS and child development.
- Experience working within an early years setting.

- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
