Reddington Pub Group is looking for an experienced, energetic and reliable Floating Supervisor / Bar Manager to support our growing collection of busy pubs and bars across Nottinghamshire, including The Anchor, Tom Browns and The Old Vol.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments and enjoys variety. You’ll work across multiple sites, supporting management teams, leading shifts, maintaining standards, and helping deliver excellent customer experiences wherever needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting daily operations across multiple venues
Leading bar and floor teams during busy services
Assisting with staff training and development
Maintaining high standards of customer service
Helping manage stock, cellar standards and compliance
Stepping into management duties where required
Supporting events, weekends and peak trading periods
Ensuring smooth service and strong team morale
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles
Strong bar knowledge and confident shift leadership
Excellent communication and people skills
Flexible and able to travel between venues
Calm under pressure with a proactive attitude
Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
