Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail & Delivery Team Member to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing retail displays, and ensuring smooth delivery operations. Responsibilities
- Assist customers in-store, providing friendly and efficient service to enhance their shopping experience
- Manage retail displays, ensuring merchandise is well-presented and organised according to merchandising standards
- Coordinate and execute delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods
- Supervise junior team members, offering guidance and support to maintain high standards of service
- Utilise Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating promotional materials and visual displays
- Maintain organisational records related to inventory, sales, and deliveries using administrative skills
- Support the team in stock replenishment, merchandising, and store maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members across departments to ensure seamless operations
- Multilingual abilities are beneficial for assisting diverse customer bases
Experience
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience within retail or delivery environments
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual content creation
- Experience in merchandising and stock organisation
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and optimise workflow
- Administrative experience related to inventory control or sales processing is preferred
- Multilingual capabilities are considered an asset for engaging with a diverse clientele
