- 20 hours per week - Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm (flexible to meet the demand of the job)
- Maternity cover - 12-month contract

- £25,000 - £28.200 dependent of experience FTE based on 37.5 hours (pro rata £13,333 - £15,040)

The Sunshine Centre is looking for an experienced Children and Families Community Worker to work within the Family Support Team.

· Knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of statutory and voluntary services and experience of liaising with them.
· Experience of working with people in their homes and creating a plan of support.
· A commitment to equal opportunities and an understanding of the impact of deprivation and discrimination on communities, families and individuals.
· Providing practical & emotional support to families
