NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME BARISTA
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Barista to join our busy matcha café team.
Key Requirements:
- Previous café or food and beverage experience is preferred
- Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in handling high-volume periods and busy service times
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Immediate availability is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and serving of beverages (including non-coffee items) and desserts such as ice cream
- Delivering professional and friendly customer service at all times
- Assisting with daily preparation tasks (e.g. ingredient preparation, cake cutting, restocking)
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
- Supporting overall team operations to ensure smooth service
