Role Expectations:
- Supporting a wide-student body (Mainstream, SEN, EAL, etc); both 1:1 and in small group settings
- Working closely with teachers in real classrooms (not just observing)
- Learning how schools really work day-to-day
- Building experience that genuinely strengthens PGCE, MSc or Doctorate applications
Academic Mentors may support students across a range of subjects, including:
