About Fiji Skin Clinic
Fiji Skin Clinic is an established independent clinic specialising in advanced skin, laser and energy-based treatments.
We have built a loyal patient base by providing honest advice, personalised treatment plans and consistently high standards of care. We are now expanding our services to include injectable treatments and are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber to join our team.
There is already strong interest in injectables from our existing patients, so this is an opportunity to join a trusted clinic and establish lasting relationships with people who already know us.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the complete injectable patient journey, from consultation and assessment to treatment, aftercare and follow-up.
As our Nurse Prescriber, you will also be responsible for reviewing and approving appropriate Obagi prescription skincare for clinic patients.
We are looking for someone who shares our approach to aesthetics: careful treatment planning, honest recommendations and natural-looking results. Patient safety must always come first.
You will have the independence to manage your clinical work while being part of a friendly and supportive clinic team. You will also work alongside our skin and laser specialists where patients could benefit from a combined treatment plan.
If you would like to broaden your treatment skills, there will be the option to receive training in and perform laser-based treatments, including laser resurfacing, as well as radiofrequency microneedling treatments such as Morpheus8 and treatments including PRP.
Working Pattern
We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants.
Part-time applicants must be available for a minimum of three days per week. One of those working days must be a Saturday or Sunday.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed consultations and facial assessments
- Create safe, personalised treatment plans
- Provide botulinum toxin, dermal filler and skin booster treatments
- Review and approve appropriate Obagi prescription skincare
- Explain treatment choices, expected outcomes and potential risks clearly
- Deliver attentive pre-treatment and post-treatment care
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records
- Follow all relevant prescribing, consent and clinical safety procedures
- Recognise and manage complications appropriately
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with patients
- Work closely with the wider Fiji Skin Clinic team
- Maintain your professional knowledge through training and continued development
- Undertake training in laser, Morpheus8 and PRP treatments if desired
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse with a current NMC PIN
- Independent Prescriber qualification (V300)
- At least two years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics
- Proven experience providing injectable treatments safely
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and complication management
- A careful, ethical and patient-focused approach
- A warm and professional manner
- Clear communication and patient education skills
- The confidence to work independently
- A positive and collaborative approach to working within a team
- Availability for at least three days per week, including either a Saturday or Sunday, if applying part-time
Experience in advanced facial balancing, skin treatments, Alma technologies or other energy-based devices would be an advantage but is not essential.
