Role overview
Your key responsibilities will be to support the Project Support Manager liaising with clients regarding their enquiries, processing orders and general business administration to ensure the smooth operation of the London team. This is a varied role with opportunities to develop skills in the areas of project management, client relationship management and business administration.
You will be confident in communicating with clients, well organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and have a desire to learn new skills and develop organically as The Collective grows.
Key Objectives:
1. Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both external and internal
2. Ensure all sales enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
3. Provide accurate pricing, ensuring all costs are captured and we are achieving target margin
4. Delivering sales and operational support to your team and colleagues
5. Proactive with new projects. Adding all information to Asana in a timely manner
Main Responsibilities:
The main activities of your role include:
· Processing orders from Collective clients.
· Communicating with suppliers to request quotes and organise orders.
· Organising logistics such as deliveries and installation crews for project orders.
· Handling client requests for samples, quotes and product advice.
· Preparing quotes based on floor plans, wall elevations, ceiling plans and other drawings.
Experience and Skills:
1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
Some experience of communicating with clients
A strong work ethic, be reliable, organised and have meticulous attention to detail
Enthusiastic attitude to be involved with helping in all areas of the company
Experience in interior design
Experience in the construction industry
Experience using CRM
