W13 Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and reputable construction company for experienced Site Tradespeople with strong drylining and plastering skills.
We are looking for individuals who can confidently undertake boarding and skimming works to a high standard across residential and commercial projects. Applicants must be capable of carrying out boarding independently and producing quality finishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing plasterboard to walls and ceilings
- Carrying out skimming and finishing works to a high standard
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting boards accurately
- Working from drawings and site instructions
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Collaborating effectively with site management and other trades
- Ensuring work is completed on time and to specification
The Ideal Candidate
✔ Proven experience in plasterboarding and skimming
✔ Able to board independently and confidently
✔ Experience working on active construction sites
✔ Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
✔ Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
✔ CSCS Card preferred
✔ Own tools and transport advantageous

Essential Requirement
Applicants must have demonstrable experience in both boarding and skimming. This role is not suitable for candidates with skimming experience alone.
