Chef de Partie – Street Food Truck
The Brewery Kitchen at Datum Attitude Brewing Co. – Maldon, Essex
We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to take charge of the day-to-day running of our innovative brewery street food truck.
This isn’t a corporate kitchen, and it isn’t another burger chain.
Working alongside our executive chef, you’ll prepare and serve exciting, seasonal street food that complements our award-winning brewery and taproom. Menus are developed for you, giving you the opportunity to focus on consistently producing exceptional food while helping maintain the high standards our customers expect.
The Brewery Kitchen is open for service:-
Thursday 5pm - 9pm
Friday 5pm - 9pm
Saturday 1pm - 9pm
Sunday 1pm - 6pm (or until 9pm on event days)
Additional evenings for private openings, parties and events.
What you’ll be doing
● Running service from our modern food truck kitchen.
● Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard.
● Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation.
● Working with fresh, quality, ingredients and following detailed recipes.
● Helping deliver creative, ever-changing seasonal menus.
● Working closely with the brewery team to create a fantastic customer experience.
We’re looking for someone who:
● Has experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready for the next step.
● Takes pride in producing quality food every service.
● Is organised, reliable and calm under pressure.
● Enjoys working in a small, supportive team.
● Has excellent food hygiene standards.
● Wants to be part of an independent business with plenty of opportunity to contribute ideas.
