Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within our nursery premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all areas are hygienic and well-maintained, supporting the overall wellbeing of children and staff. Duties
- Perform regular cleaning of nursery rooms, play areas, restrooms, and communal spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and products
- Disinfect toys, furniture, and surfaces to meet health and safety standards
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Ensure all areas are kept tidy and organised throughout the day
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times during cleaning tasks
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
