What we’re looking for:
- A positive attitude and great team spirit – someone who enjoys working with others and brings good energy to every shift.
- Hardworking and dependable – you take pride in doing things well and keeping the café running smoothly.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset – you enjoy chatting with customers and making them feel welcome.
- Barista experience is a plus, but not required – we’ll provide full training for the right person!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving food and drinks, including sandwiches, brunch, and coffee.
- Maintaining a clean, organised workspace and ensuring food safety standards are met.
- Taking customer orders, handling payments, and providing friendly, efficient service.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties as needed.
- Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive, welcoming café atmosphere.
- Opening and closing the cafe independently and efficiently
