We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Master Technician to join a busy workshop, delivering exceptional diagnostics, servicing, and heavy repairs without weekend working.
Our client is offering a competitive Master Technician package with a basic salary up to £45,000 (depending on skills, qualifications and experience) and a realistic OTE of up to £48,000.

Duties:
- Carry out vehicle servicing and maintenance to a high standard, inspecting components and documenting findings
- Diagnose faults accurately and efficiently, test components and resolve issues effectively
- Complete heavy repairs including engine work, gearboxes, clutches and cambelts
- Support the preparation and maintenance of new, used and loan vehicles
- Work closely with the workshop team to share knowledge and continuously improve working practices
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification with Senior/Master accreditations for Master Technician roles
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrable ability to perform heavy repairs to manufacturer standards
- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- Team-focused attitude, supporting colleagues and contributing to a quality-driven workshop
