This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant General Manager or Restaurant Manager to join a quality-led business where you'll be supported, developed and given a genuine pathway to General Manager.

The Role:
Working closely with the General Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of a busy, high-volume restaurant. You'll lead from the front, inspire your team, deliver exceptional guest experiences and help create an environment where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
Alongside running busy services, you'll coach and develop future leaders, drive operational standards and support the commercial performance of the business.
Key responsibilities include:

What we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager or high-performing Restaurant Manager from a premium casual or quality hospitality background. You'll be a confident leader who enjoys developing people, thrives in high-volume operations and wants to build a long-term career.
You'll be:
- An experienced AGM or Restaurant Manager
- A natural leader with excellent people skills
- Commercially aware and highly organised
- Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
- Calm under pressure
- Ambitious to progress into a General Manager role
