Role Overview
SkillUp Valley Foundation is seeking a Workforce Learning Programmes Manager to oversee education and professional development initiatives that support learners and employer partners. This role plays a key part in expanding access to high-quality training while ensuring programme effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver workforce development programmes.
- Coordinate training schedules and learning resources.
- Build partnerships with employers and educational institutions.
- Monitor programme performance and learner outcomes.
- Manage programme budgets and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing education or workforce development programmes.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience with learning management systems is advantageous.
Pay: £64,000.00 per year
