The Role
As a Residential Property Cleaner, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning standards across a variety of residential properties, including:
- End of tenancy cleans
- Deep cleans
- HMO communal areas
- Regular domestic cleaning
- Move-in and move-out cleans
Every property should be left spotless and ready for the next resident or client.
Responsibilities
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas to a high standard.
- Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitise all surfaces.
- Clean appliances, internal windows and high-touch areas where required.
- Empty bins and replenish consumables where applicable.
- Report maintenance issues or damage found during cleans.
- Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures.
- Take before and after photographs of completed work.
- Travel between properties when required.
- Deliver a professional and friendly experience for every client.
What We're Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred (domestic, hotel, commercial or housekeeping).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Able to work independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable using professional cleaning products and equipment.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential.
