We’re currently seeking a Dental Nurse who is professional, compassionate, and enthusiastic about patient care to join our dynamic team Monday, Thursday and Friday. As our practice continues to grow and we expand our clinical facilities with the addition of another treatment room, we’re looking for a dental nurse to join us during this exciting period of development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a supportive setting and values teamwork, attention to detail, and exceptional patient care.
Your Role
As a Dental Nurse at Eltham Dental Practice, you’ll be a key part of our clinical team — ensuring that every patient receives the highest standard of care and comfort throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clinicians during examinations and treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times
- Prepare, sterilise, and maintain instruments and equipment in line with infection control and health & safety standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using our practice management system
- Provide friendly and empathetic support to patients before, during, and after treatment
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions
- Support with administrative and clinical tasks as required to maintain an organised and professional environment
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Dental Nurse preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in a dental or clinical setting desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient-centred approach with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Familiarity with R4 software or similar dental practice management systems is an advantage
- A positive, can-do attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding care

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour

- London SE9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
