An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
We are seeking a leader who is passionate about creating positive change, developing strong teams, and building an environment where young people feel safe, supported, and empowered to succeed.

Your Responsibilities
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the home
- Develop and inspire a high-performing residential team
- Promote positive outcomes and stability for young people
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards
- Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Support recruitment, retention, and staff development
- Build positive relationships with local authorities and external professionals
What We're Looking For
- Experience within Children's Residential Care
- Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Strong knowledge of Children's Home Regulations and Ofsted requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
