What You'll Be Doing
As a Bartender, you'll be the face of our bar operation, helping to create memorable moments for every guest. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering friendly, professional, and attentive service
- Preparing and serving a wide range of drinks to the highest standard
- Creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for guests
- Building positive relationships with colleagues across the hotel
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
- Supporting departmental goals and contributing to the success of the Food & Beverage operation
- Championing our renowned "Yes, We Can" service philosophy every day
What We're Looking For
Our ideal Hospitality Hero will have:
- NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality & Catering (or equivalent)
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- At least 1 year of experience within a food and beverage environment
- Experience or knowledge of working within a beverage-led operation
- Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with guests
- A positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for delivering outstanding service
