Chef de Partie — Spitroast Smithdown Road Twenty Two Ventures Group
Spitroast is Liverpool's home of rotisserie chicken. High volume, high energy, and consistently good food — that's what we do. We're looking for a CDP to join the kitchen at Smithdown Road and hold their section to the standard we set.
The role
You'll own your section. Prep done right, service run properly, food leaving the pass as it should — every time. You'll work in a fast-paced kitchen where the pace is real and the standards are non-negotiable.
We're open to a proven CDP or a strong commis who's ready to step up and take on more. If you've got the attitude and the work ethic, we'll back you.

- Solid kitchen experience — section ownership or ready to take it on
- High personal standards — you cook like it matters because it does
- Someone who keeps their head down and their section clean
- Reliable, consistent, and part of the team
