We provide support and care to children, families and adults across Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Brighton and Hove, Surrey and the London Borough of Bexley. Our services include registered care homes; supported living; community outreach; day services, including pathways to employment; children and young people’s groups and support; specialist support; and free online support for families and carers across the South-East.
About the role:
Fern, is a lively up and coming service where we support 6 amazing gentlemen with a variation of needs and support.
They need someone who is fun, who is willing to try new things with them and support them to learn new skills, and attend activities.
This can be from supporting them to make their daily lunch to learning to swim, achieving personal goals and so much more.
The ideal candidate will need to have a willingness to learn, be positive and fun to be around and to support our PBS framework whilst showing empathy, compassion and commitment by using active support to bring out the best in them.
