- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area, including sterilising tools and equipment.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty to offer clients innovative services.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate nail colours and designs that suit their preferences.
- Handle client bookings and manage appointment schedules efficiently.
- Address client concerns or feedback promptly to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician and beautician.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and products, along with beauty skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A passion for beauty and an eye for detail to deliver high-quality results.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism at all times.
