Forklift Counterbalance Driver – Braintree
We are recruiting a Forklift Counterbalance Driver for our prestigious client based in Braintree, due to continued business growth. This is a temporary-to-permanent, full-time position.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 4:30pm
Role Overview
This position is a 50/50 split between warehouse and office duties, including:
- General warehouse operations
- Using the forklift to load / unload vehicles safely
- Checking, labelling, photographing & receiving in parts
- Carrying out regular stock checks
- Administrative and data entry tasks
- Preparing parts and paperwork for sales orders
- Liaising with Sales /Procurement teams with regard to incoming / outgoing parts
The successful candidate must be confident using Microsoft Office and willing to learn the client’s internal database system. Some heavy manual handling will also be required.
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse and forklift experience
- Comfortable with both physical and administrative tasks
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Full UK driving licence
