Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team, responsible for supervising a team of cleaners maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across our client's premises. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who have previous experience supervising a team. The position is paid and suitable for applicants with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Prior experience is essential.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of cleaners & ensure stock orders are placed
- Perform general cleaning tasks alongside other cleaning staff; including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
- Ensure waste disposal is carried out efficiently and responsibly
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
Qualifications
- Basic communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact politely with colleagues and clients
- Previous experience in cleaning
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently within a team setting
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction during interactions
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with management
