We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join our team in providing high-quality childcare services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and possess strong leadership skills to oversee the nursery room effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of nursery staff to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children
- Supervise daily operations of the nursery room
- Maintain a clean and organised nursery environment
- Monitor children's progress and well-being
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in childcare or early childhood education
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to drive is desirable for potential outings or emergencies
- A recognised qualification in childcare or early years education is advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
