The Role
You’ll take ownership of delivering cutting-edge AI solutions, combining hands-on engineering with technical leadership. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams to design and build scalable, secure applications that solve complex challenges using modern cloud platforms, AI frameworks, and full-stack technologies. This role offers the autonomy to shape technical direction, mentor engineers, and influence how AI is adopted and scaled in production environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead engineering teams delivering AI-powered solutions.
- Design and build scalable full-stack applications.
- Develop RAG pipelines, AI agents, and LLM-powered platforms.
- Define technical architecture and engineering best practices.
- Drive delivery from proof-of-concept to production deployment.
- Mentor engineers and support capability development.
- Engage directly with clients to shape technical solutions.

Requirements
Must-Have:
- Strong full-stack software engineering experience.
- Expertise across backend and frontend development.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI frameworks.
- Experience building applications on cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of vector databases such as PGVector or MongoDB.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading technical projects and engineering teams.
Nice-to-Have:
- Consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
