About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Welfare Officer to join our team. The Welfare Officer will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents and will act as the main point of contact within the premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for residents and internal teams regarding welfare matters.
- Monitor and support the daily needs and well-being of individuals within the premises.
- Respond promptly to queries, concerns, or incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and report any issues as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure a safe, supportive, and positive environment.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times, including health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in welfare, customer service, or a similar support role is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Strong organisational and reporting skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
