Renovotec is currently recruiting for a Customer Support Repairs Administrator to join our growing Customer Support team.
Providing a first-class customer experience is one of Renovotec’s key priorities. As a Customer Support Repairs Administrator, you will play an essential role in ensuring customer requests are handled efficiently, accurately and professionally from initial enquiry through to completion.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting customers with enquiries relating to their mobile computer hardware, software and industrial wireless networks, with a particular focus on the administration and coordination of device repairs.
Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you will need to be organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
You will also be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues and provide support wherever required to ensure the wider Customer Support team operates effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:
· Raising, updating and managing device repair requests (RMAs).
· Responding to repair-related queries and ensuring requests are progressed efficiently.
· Preparing and sending device repair quotations to customers.
· Processing and receiving purchase orders (POs) relating to repair quotations.
· Arranging deliveries and collections to and from customer sites.
· Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
· Accurately logging all customer calls and enquiries using the company’s support ticketing system.
· Keeping customers informed of repair progress and relevant updates.
· Working closely with colleagues to resolve customer queries and ensure a consistently high level of service.
· Supporting the wider Customer Support team with other duties as required.
Key Skills & Experience
· We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with customers and colleagues and who can demonstrate excellent organisation and attention to detail.
· The successful candidate will ideally have:
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
· Previous experience in a customer service or administration environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organisational and administrative skills.
· The ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload effectively.
· A proactive, helpful and positive approach to customer service.
· The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
· Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer and repair information.
