Join Innoflate at an Exciting Stage of Growth
Innoflate is the next generation of giant inflatable parks, a fast-growing, high-energy leisure brand with seven sites across Scotland, England and Wales. We deliver unforgettable experiences for families, party groups, and exclusive events. With rapid expansion and new opportunities ahead, now is an incredible time to join the business. As we grow, so will your opportunities for development and progression.
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, organised and customer focused Business Support Executive to join our growing team
This is a newly created role that will become the central point of contact for customer enquiries across our portfolio of leisure venues during our venue closure days. You'll ensure every customer receives a prompt, professional and helpful response while providing vital operational and administrative support to our Senior Leadership Team.
This is much more than a customer service role. You'll play an important part in supporting the day-to-day operation of the business by reducing enquiry backlogs, converting booking opportunities, maintaining accurate records and ensuring information flows efficiently between our central support function and our venue teams.
As one of the first members of this new department, you'll have the opportunity to help shape how it develops. We are looking for someone who enjoys improving processes, finding better ways of working and contributing ideas that enhance both the customer journey and business performance.
As the business grows, this role has the potential to expand into wider operational coordination, administration and business support, offering excellent opportunities for career development.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, business support or hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
- Ability to work independently while building strong working relationships across multiple teams.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role is measured by the quality of support provided to both our customers and our business.
Key performance indicators include:
- Delivering timely responses to customer enquiries within agreed service levels.
- Achieving high customer satisfaction scores.
- Converting customer enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Resolving customer enquiries at the first point of contact wherever possible across emails, online chat, socials and phone lines
- Providing accurate and reliable administrative support that enables our venue teams to operate efficiently.
If you're an organised, customer focused professional who enjoys variety, taking ownership and making a positive difference, we'd love to hear from you.
