Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of windows across various commercial and residential properties. A valid driving licence and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.
Duties
- Clean windows on both commercial and residential buildings, including high-rise and ground-level structures
- Use specialised cleaning equipment and environmentally friendly cleaning solutions
- Ensure safety procedures are followed when working at heights or on ladders
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude when interacting with clients
- Manage scheduling and coordinate with clients to meet their specific requirements
- Keep work areas tidy and report any maintenance issues with equipment or property
- Drive company vehicle to various job sites, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
- Proven experience in window cleaning or similar outdoor cleaning roles (nice-to-have)
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good physical fitness, capable of working at heights and lifting equipment or supplies as needed
- Organised, punctual, and able to follow safety guidelines diligently
