We are a specialist contractor in cleaning and ventilation services, currently seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our Grease Hygiene division. Our clients include leading national hotel groups, restaurant chains, and food-on-the-go brands, all committed to maintaining the highest hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to various client sites across the UK to deliver hygiene services
- Clean ventilation systems including canopies, ductwork, and fan units in line with TR19 standards
- Install access panels where necessary to support compliance and maintenance
- Work safely in confined spaces and at height, adhering to site-specific protocols
- Communicate professionally with clients to ensure clarity and satisfaction
- Conduct thorough risk assessments prior to commencing work
- Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and company procedures
Candidate Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience working at height and in confined spaces is advantageous
- Must hold a General Hygiene Technician (GHT) qualification or with experience with TR19 ductwork cleaning
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours – shifts typically begin late afternoon/early evening and may involve overnight stays
- Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and commitment to quality

Pay: £27,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
